Are you an experienced wine professional or a sales professional seeking entry into the wine business? Our wine distributorship seeks a creative, high-energy sales professional who is self-motivated and self-managing, eager to enjoy a fast-paced, 95% “feet on the street” position.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the world of international wines with great earning potential with a young quickly expanding wine company. If you’re a highly motivated, self-starter residing in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area, we want to hear from you! We would like this person to work a territory close to home so commuting is easy.
Primary Responsibilities:
~Achieve distribution/sales goals in your selected territory.
~Maintain current and increase business relationships in existing on- and off-premise accounts.
~Open new accounts.
~Provide outstanding customer service with all sales accounts.
~Must provide weekly and monthly reports on supporting activities to the sales manager.
Requirements/Experience:
~Wine sales experience preferred.
~Wine knowledge and interest a must! Of course, we will provide some wine training.
~Creativity. It’s a fast-paced, competitive new world in wine, are you up for the challenge?
~High School diploma required; College degree preferred. (Will consider enthusiastic new graduates)
~Willingness and ability to travel. Must have own vehicle with good driver history and valid license.
~Energetic, outgoing, enthusiastic personality a must.
~Computer proficiency
~Physical ability to travel by car and plane, climb stairs, sit and operate a computer, and lift 50 pounds.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission position but we offer mileage, bonuses, training and incentive trips.
